Payment Schedule          
* A non refundable deposit is required 20% from total fare per person upon confirmation.
* Balance payment is due on 100 days before departure.
* If departure date less than 100 days, full payment is required upon confirmation.

3. Promotion is capacity controlled & cabins are subject to availability.
4. Itineraries are subject to changed at anytime without prior notice.
5. The deposit amount for the fares shown in this quotation is non-refundable; a change fee may apply for any amendment.
6. Balance payments are subject to change cause by fluctuations in the exchange rate.
7. Prices do not include fuel surcharges, shore excursions, visa fees, travel insurance and other personal expenses.
8. Name changes are considered cancellations and are subject to cancellation fees.
9. Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect against lost luggage, medical expenses and trip cancellations.
10. If visa is not approved (100 days before the departure date), a cancellation fee will be charged. If the departure date is canceled less than 100 days due to visa disapproval, a cancellation fee will be charged in accordance with the above cancellation policy.
11. Cunard Cruises may make necessary changes to the boarding, arrival/departure times and ports of call in the itinerary without prior notice due to force majeure or for the safety of passengers.
12. If the above situation occurs, the transportation company and AF Travel will not be responsible for any refund or compensation. Passengers can purchase cruise-related insurance from insurance companies.
13. If a passenger is refused entry or boarding due to his own reasons before traveling, his/ her travel expenses will not be refunded. If additional expenses are required, such as transportation arrangements, accommodation, etc., they must be borne by the passengers themselves, and the company has nothing to do with this.
14. Personnel participating in cruise travel must abide by the laws of each country, the regulations of the shipping company and the instructions of the captain, and hold valid passports, visas and related travel documents during the trip. AF Travel is not responsible for persons who are denied entry or boarding to a country for personal reasons or problems with their visa, passport or documents.
