AF Travel Sdn. Bhd. (“we”, “our”, “us”) respects and is committed to protecting your personal data. This notice outlines how we collect, use,

We are a Malaysia-based travel agency and an active member of Malaysian Association of Tour and Travel Agents (MATTA) membership.

Our MOTAC license authorizes us to provide Inbound (Domestic), Outbound (International), and Ticketing services.

Travel Companion Information

When making a reservation on behalf of another person, we will need their personal details and travel preferences.

Call Monitoring

Calls to and from are recorded and monitored for the purpose of dispute resolutions, quality control and for staff training.

Call recordings will be maintained as long as reasonably necessary and then be deleted.

Any personal information obtained from you during the call will be treated in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy

Disclosure of Personal Data

We may disclose your personal data to:

• Airline companies, hotels, transport service providers, and other third-party service providers
• related to your travel arrangements
