This Is Where Paradise Begins

TOURIST ATTRACTIONS

FUKUOKA
Daizaifu Tenmangu Shrine - is dedicated to Dufawara Michizane who is known as the fod of learning, it is busy all through the year with a lot of visitors praying for success in exams and academic achievement. 6000 plum trees are planted on the site.
Yütoku Inari Shrine - it is considered one of Japan’s top three shrines dedicated to Inari alongside Fushimi Inari Shrine inKyoto and Yoyokawa Inari Shrine in Aichi Prefecture. One of Shinto’s most popular deities, Inari is associated with rice, prosperity and foxes.
Arita Porcelain Park - Designed in the style of traditional German village; it features a massive reproduction of the Zwinger, a palace in Dresden. The major focus is on procelain, Arita’s signature product.
Saga Castle History Museum - is a reconstruction of the main keep (Honmaru) of Saga Castle built in 1838, during the last years of the Edo Period. It is one of the largest wooden reconstructions in Japan. Over 700 rush mats (Tatami) are laid in the building.

NAGASAKI
Koi no Uyogu Machi - the spring wataer that flows into Shimabara from Mt. Unzen is so pure that koi can swim in it, and in this district south of the castle you can see the fish in the drainage canals on the sides of the streets.
Old Samurai Residence - you can find the well preserved old samurai houses. In the center of the street, a canal is running. The houses were built for infantrymen who fought with guns. The area was called Teppo machi, which means Gun Town. Now, 3 old samurai houses are open to the public. You can see a humble life of low rank samurai.
Unzen Hell - Hot water and gases spout out of the earth. White steam and a smell of sulfur accompany you as you walk through this hotspot of volcanic activity.
Obama Foot Spa Hot Spring - from the open-air hot spring, 105 meters in length, this is the longest foot bath in Japan.
Spectacles Bridge - the oldest stone arch bridge in Japan, the double arches of the Meganebashi stone bridge resemble a pair of spectacies when reflected in the river.

BEPPU
Yufuin Onsen Town - is a popular hot spring resort, lacated about ten kilometers inland from Beppu, another, much larger and more developed hot spring resort. Yufuin has a wealth of art museums, cafes & boutiques.
Kinrin Lake - because of the hot springs, the temperature difference makes the lake hot and steamy. It is especially obvoius in the morning, the misty mountains and waters are so fascinating with the literati.
Umi Jigoku (Sea Hell) - is the largest and widest hot spring on the Jigoku Meguri Tour, and our No. 1 recommendation! The water at Umi Jigoku is an especially beautiful cobalt blue, and it is rare even amongst Japanese hot springs to see this color. The reason for this spectacular cobalt blue color is the naturally high levels of iron sulfate in the water.
Kamado Jigoku - is the part of the Jigoku Meguri Tour where you can have the most varied experiences. It is not a wll-known fact, but there are more ways to enhoy hot springs than simply bathing in them! You can also experience a hot spring through drinking and smelling it yourself. (experiences, there are also three types of hand, feet, throat, and skin steaming water, as well as
footbaths. More than just immersing yourself in the hot spring’s water, feel free to get a taste of a new hot spring experience).
