Terms & Conditions

1. Rates above are for room and amenities for TWO (2) persons only, valid for one (1) night stay.
2. Room reservations must be made minimum SEVEN (7) days in advance. Rooms are subject to availability.
3. A surcharge of RM150nett per room per night is applicable between 15th to 31st December 2020, between 12th to 19th February 2021, and between 13th to 16th May 2021.
4. Once confirmed, full payment is compulsory and booking cannot be amended.
5. All rates and surcharges are nett.
6. We regret to inform that extra beds/rollaway beds are not available in the Resort.
7. Maximum occupants allowed are four persons (4) per villa. Children below 13 years old stay for free using the existing bedding configuration. Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
8. No pets allowed. Cooking in the rooms, outside food & raw food materials, durians, mangosteens, and cooking appliances are prohibited at the Resort.
9. In an effort to curb the spread of Covid-19, no room decoration by the Resort, or any parties are permitted until further notice.
