    Cancellation Policy:

    All cancellations must be made in writing. If cancellation is within 7 days of scheduled arrival, a cancellation fee equal to one-night accommodation will be levied.  Cancellations within 72 hours of scheduled arrival will be charged for the full stay up to a maximum of 3 nights.

    1. 01 Sep – 30 Nov 2023 / 01 – 19 Dec 2023

    All cancellations must be made in writing. If cancellation is within 3 days of scheduled arrival, a cancellation fee equal to one-night accommodation will be levied.

    1. 20 Dec 2023 – 05 Jan 2024

    All cancellations must be made in writing. The FULL cancellation charge and non-refundable deposit are required for the Peak Season and are imposed upon booking confirmation.

Exclusive

    • Langkawi Tourism fee @ RM5 per room per night will be collected in accordance to the Local Government Act 1976 on behalf of the Langkawi Municipal Council for all guests
    • Tourism Tax is applicable to all guests except Malaysians and Malaysian Permanent Residents (MyKad & MyPR Holders). RM10.00 per room, per night will be collected
