a. Check - In Time : After 1500 hrs (3:00 pm)
b. Check - Out Time : Before 1200 hrs (12:00 noon)
c. Early Check-In or Late Check Out may incur additional cost.

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT
a. Deposit and payment is required to guarantee a reservation :-
- 50% FROM TOTAL AMOUNT PAYABLE WITHIN 5 DAYS AFTER RESERVATION IS MADE AND CONFIRMED
- BALANCE 50% PAYABLE AT LEAST 30 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.

CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW
a. All rates are NON-REFUNDABLE.
b. No Show is subject to 100% cancellation fee.

SEA AND WEATHER CONDITION
a. Accessibility to the resort is subject to the sea and weather condition.
b. Resort is not responsible for any delay or stranded situation on the island or at Kuala Besut. Any additional cost incurred shall be paid by the guest thereof.

• Additional Compulsory Tax & Fee
  Tourism Tax (TTX) – All visitors are required to pay a Tourism Tax at MYR 10.00 per room per night at the Resort upon check-in under the government law. Exemption is made for Malaysian citizens and permanent residents of Malaysia holding a valid identity card.
  b. Besut Council Fee: All visitors entering Perhentian Islands are required to pay Besut Council Fee located at Kuala Besut Jetty prior boarding the boat

    - Outside Terengganu Resident Visitor - MYR 5.00/adult - FREE /child

5. Marine Park Fee: All visitors entering Perhentian Islands are required to pay a Marine Park Conservation Fee at the Marine Park Counter located at Kuala Besut Jetty prior to boarding the boat: - Local Visitor - MYR 5.00/adult - MYR 2.00/child

                              - International Visitor - MYR30.00/adult - MYR15.00/child
d. Kuala Besut Jetty Service and Access Fee: All visitors entering Perhentian Island are also required to pay the Jetty Service Charge at RM5.00 per adult (13 to 55 years old) per entry, imposed by the Local Municipal Council “Majlis Perbandaran Besut” at Kuale Besut Jetty prior to boarding the boat. Children, Senior Citizen and Special Needs People are exempted.
