• Sunway Lagoon entrance ticket include entry to all parks, including all rides, activities and attractions within the theme park. Not applicable for pay-per-ride activities: Bungy Jump, G-Force X, Go Kart.
• Sunway Lagoon operation hours is Monday to Sunday, 10:00 hours to 18:00 hours, closed on Tuesday (except Public Holidays & Malaysia School Holidays).
• Sunway Lagoon entrance voucher is only valid during the stay period. Kindly present the theme park voucher at Sunway Lagoon’s Ticketing counter on your selected day of visit for redemption

Cancellation Policy:

• No cancellation will be allowed upon confirmation of purchase
• The Package is non-refundable & non-exchangeable for cash.
• Should postponement be made less than four (5) days prior arrival automatically burn

• One (1) Night stay at Sunway Clio Hotel (Deluxe Plus Room) or Sunway Pyramid Hotel (Deluxe Room)
• Inclusive of 2 Adults breakfast.
• One-day (1) Admission ALL PARK Ticket to Sunway Lagoon for Two (2) Adults.
• One packet of animal feed kit for feeding at the Wildlife Park
• RM150 worth of shopping voucher at Sunway Pyramid participating merchants via Pals for Life mobile app.

Surcharge of RM 80 per package will be applicable for check-in during weekends (Friday & Saturday), eve of Public Holiday and Public Holiday
