Package Remarks

1. All confirmed bookings must be paid in full before Upon expiry of deadline, the booking will be automatically cancelled without further notice.
2. In the event of cancellation of bookings after full payment made, the following cancellation policies apply: -

• 4 weeks or more to arrival date : 50% Refund of total value
• Less than 4 weeks : NO Refund

3. CANCELLATION / AMENDMENT made 4 weeks OR before the scheduled arrival will be charged RM150 per Cancellations made less than 4 weeks before the arrival date will have no refund. No amendment is allowed less than 4 weeks before departure.
4. NO REFUND will be made in whole or in part for any unused days, unused activities booked, unconsumed food and other add-ons like candle-light dinner or room decoration at the Resort resulting from late arrival or premature Confirmed guests who do not show up will be charged in full and no refund will be made for whatever reasons.
5. REVISION of rates subject to change without prior notice unless deposit is Covid 19 amended dates are subject to same or higher rates
6. Rates from external operators are not within our control and need to follow their rates at time of Example: Ferry price will be based on day of purchase
7. FERRY timeslot availability subject to first come first serve basis at time of purchase after full payment of invoice. Ferry ticket request 3 days before check in will not be Ferry ticket, once purchased and confirmed no cancellation / refund / amendment of date and time.

• RM30 per room per night: All Friday nights and all dates fall on 4 June to 24 Aug (Exclude Friday night on 3, 10 & 17 Mar, 28 Apr, 2 June, 1 Sept)
• RM60 per room per night: All Saturday nights and all dates fall on 26 Feb to 17 Mar, 23 to 28 April, 28 May to 2 June, 27 Aug to 1 Sept
• RM40 per Adult, RM20 per Child: 21 Jan, 19 Jul, 25 & 31 Dec
• RM60 per Adult, RM30 per Child: 8, 22 & 30 Apr, 3, 4 & 30 June, 1, 16, 28 & 29 Sept, 11 & 12 Nov
