• Package is applicable to Malaysian and expatriates. Proof of resident identification must be presented upon check-in. Failing which, the daily prevailing rate at check-in will be strictly enforced. 
• Rates quoted are in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR) and subject to prevailing service charge and government taxes. 
• Package is based on full prepayment and is not refundable, with a limit to five rooms available per day. 
• Package is valid for individual bookings, not group bookings. 
• Maximum of two adults and one child below 12 years old in the Bayu, Canopy and Kinabalu Villas
• Package is subject to availability and prices are subject to change without prior notice
• All activities, spa treatments and private dining experiences are subject to availability and weather conditions
• Subject to weekend / Peak seasons surcharge

Ferry Schedule :
Jesselton Point to Resort : 8am, 10am, 12pm, 2pm, 4pm
Resort to Jesselton Point : 9am, 11pm, 1pm, 3pm, 5pm, 6.30pm

• Return air ticket and airport tax by Air Asia
  (KUL-BKI-KUL) / (PEN-BKI-PEN) / (JHB-BKI-JHB)
• 2/3 Nights accommodations
• Daily breakfast, 2 course lunch and set dinner (complimentary coffee, tea & mineral water during meals)
• In-room wireless internet access
• Jungle walk with our Resort Naturalist (subject to availability)
• Return scheduled speedboat (Jesselton Point Ferry Terminat <=> Gaya Island Resort

• compulsory conservation park fee of MYR 32 nett on first night of stay
• additional MYR 22 nett for each night thereof to each guest including children, for every night of stay by SabahParks.
